We have been going to Florentine for many years. Shannon and Jim are the best! Rooms to accommodate all family sizes and prices are a good value. Rooms are always clean and all staff are friendly! Our kids enjoy how close it is to the each/boardwalk and rides. You will not be disappointed.
Our wildwood vacation is becoming home Away from home staying here for the 3 year. Perfect location one block away to boardwalk and beach, literally a cake walk. The atmosphere is welcoming, everyone has a smile and is friendly even at 7am when my 4 year old son is outside talking away. It’s clean, well maintained and you can tell the staff love their guests. We will continue to vacation here and make memories! See you guys in July!!!
Hello, 1st visit of many more. Great location, fantastic family atmosphere. Love not having to worry about drugs and alcohol around My family and I. Staff makes the rules clear and concise. I love the respect factor of everyone wining down at 10pm. If your looking for a non-stop party this is not for you, but if you are looking for a great spot for your kids and don't want to be around the usual loud and uncivilized people, then this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

My husband and I did an overnight stay at the Florentine Motel this past weekend and we will be coming back for any future Wildwood trips. The room we had was basically a little apartment and would be the perfect size for 2 to 4 people. All of the staff members that we interacted with could not have been nicer. If you are looking for a quiet, family friendly place to stay, that is close to the boardwalk and beach--this is the place to go!!
We stayed here about a month ago and had a great experience! The rooms were clean, the pool was pristine, the owners were always available and helping out around the property. It’s just a block from the boardwalk, so you never have to cross a road which is ideal with kids. We had 7 people, 5 adults and 2 kids and stayed in room 1P!
The staff at the Florentine Motel were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always on top of keeping everything clean. You can really tell it’s a well-run, family-owned place with a no-nonsense approach, which is honestly so refreshing these days. The entire property is spotless, and the atmosphere is peaceful and respectful. One of the highlights was the view of the fireworks—it was absolutely top-tier! You don’t even need to leave the motel to enjoy the show. All around, it’s an amazing place to stay. Great location, great people, and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
This was the best experience ever. I had a bad experience at a different hotel last year and wanted to try a different one and I chose florentine family motel. First thing I noticed was how clean everything was staff was friendly it was very very quiet which was amazing. My son plays battle on the beach and yes next summer we will definitely book again.
